Fenton awarded construction management contract for 49,068 sq ft LEED Certified Urban Impact Athletic Center facility
Fenton is proud to announce the award of the construction management contract for this 49,068 sq ft LEED Certified, facility for the Pillar of Fire Ministries in Zarephath. Fenton will work closely with the Yarrington Architectural Group, Bridgewater and the building committee on the construction details and project costs. The project includes full site development. The building structure is based on a mix of conventional structural steel and pre-engineered steel from Butler Manufacturing Company. Parts of the building will be enclosed using Koreteck panelized wall panels which provide superior insulation values.
