SHADOWALL EX WALL SYSTEMS

Nothing matches the versatility and performance of Butler® Shadowall EX™ Wall Systems. They’re an ideal choice for creating architecturally pleasing exteriors with exceptional energy efficiency. The system features unique design elements that enhance thermal performance and accommodate additional insulation for greater energy efficiency. They provide outstanding U-factor ratings and are ideally suited for warehouse and distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and office complexes.

> Optional factory-punched panels and structural members ensure proper fit and alignment

> Patented design pairing thermal spacer blocs for enhanced energy efficiency and fiberglass insulation with a vapor barrier

> 17/16” corrugation provides additional rigidity and superior strength

> Shadowall EX meet COMcheck energy requirements for the IECC and ASHRAE Standard 90.1, as well as various state-specific codes

INSULATED METAL PANELS (IMPs)

Butler’s seamless integration with IMP Panels combine striking visual appearance with exceptional R-value ratings for outstanding energy efficiency. IMP systems satisfy the most demanding requirements for performance, durability, and cost savings. Ideally suited to applications in high humidity environments, factory-insulated IMPs minimize water wicking far better when compared to the traditional fiberglass insulation. They are ideal for commercial facilities, industrial facilities, and cold storage facilities.

> Factory-installed rigid insulation board provides enhanced energy efficiency in 2, 2½, 3, and 4-inch thicknesses

> Patented design pairing thermal spacer blocks and fiberglass insulation with a vapor barrier

> IMPs can come in varying widths such as 36” and 42” wide

> Concealed fasteners

> The tongue-and-groove system of installation for IMPs enables faster installation

> IMPs can provide alternative aesthetic options from traditional metal wall panels such as a textured, stucco, or concrete-like finish
